An ongoing application process is currently open. The deadline for applications for the September 2024 cohort is August 15, 2024. Applications submitted after August 15, 2024 will be considered for the September 2025 cohort.
To participate, applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, letters of recommendation, and a signed intellectual property waiver. For this fellowship, if you have a Baptist Health email address, please follow the instructions for Baptist Health internal candidates.
If you are a Baptist Health employee, select the link on the bottom right to go to the Internal Candidate Application page. Once on the application page, use the “Log in using SSO authentication” link and enter your Baptist Health email address and password.
If you are an external candidate not employed by Baptist Health and do not have a Baptist Health email address, please select the link on the bottom left to complete a short survey. Please allow 24 hours for your login information, a direct link to access your application, and any additional documents to be emailed to you. You can also use the link on the bottom right (Baptist Health Internal Candidate) to access your application once you receive your login credentials.
