While the new pro-grade, foldable Pixel 9 device is set to make its official debut in mid-August, the unlocked mid-range Google Pixel 8a is currently on sale for a steep discount of $449 including shipping via Amazon. Normally priced at $500, this is a $50 discount, $100 less than the sale price of the Google Pixel 8 and $300 less than the deal we’re tracking for the Google Pixel 8 Pro (more on that below), and you can get the current-generation Google smartphone for that price. Today’s deal is the cheapest cash deal we’ve tracked on Amazon and the best one since the pre-order offers in May. The Google Summer Sale offered some great savings opportunities when bundling the 8a with a higher-end device, but you’d have to pay significantly more than today’s deal to get your hands on them.
