Immunon (Nasdaq: IMMN) shares rose over 200% in pre-market trading today to $3.37 after the U.S. clinical-stage company published data from the Phase 2 OVATION 2 trial of its interleukin-12 (IL-12) immunotherapy drug IMNN-001 in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.
Results showed that all patients treated with IMNN-001 experienced a median improvement in overall survival (OS) of 11 months. In patients who received three or more doses of IMNN-001 (91% of the intent-to-treat population), median OS increased to 15.7 months.
