Mods for PC cases can be beneficial for both increasing computing power and enhancing the aesthetics of your computer’s internal hardware. While most mods do just that, some people go beyond the ordinary and create eye-catching case mods. The Sentinel Cypher PC case mods from AK Mod for Klevv are the latest example of this.
Showcased at Computex in Taipei, this PC case mod has a retro-future vibe themed around the world of Fallout. The rustic look of old-school PC housing would be perfect for a post-apocalyptic bunker or advanced space station in some other galaxy, safe from outside scavengers.

With exposed wiring, grimy panels, and clunky software interface, the PC case’s rugged look makes it seem like it came straight out of space debris. The rustic mouse and giant GPU fan complement the look nicely, which is intentional to play up the dark theme of the dystopia. But don’t let the chalkiness fool you; the hardware hidden inside is as powerful as it gets. This is no surprise, as Klevv, known for his high-end RAM and SSDs, showed off this mod at an annual tech event.
The liquid-cooled PC is equipped with an Intel 17-14700K processor, an ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, a ROG Strix Z790-I Gaming WiFi motherboard, 6 TB KLEVV Genuine G650 and KLEVV Cras C925 SSD, Noctua NF A625 PWM fans, and 96 GB DDR5 KLEVV CRAS V and Urbane memory. Peripherals include a ROG Azoth keyboard and a Lofree Tri-Mode wireless mouse. For powerful cooling, the mod is equipped with EKWB EK-Quantum Velocity² DDC 4.2 PWM D-RGB, EKWB EK-CryoFuel Clear, and EKWB EK-Quantum Torque Fittings.
The steampunk-inspired monitor lifts up completely like a car trunk, exposing the motherboard for a more industrial look – perfect for users who want to show off their computing power when they’re not using it much. The Sentinel Cypher PC case mod is a work of sci-fi art in the form of a space station, packing a lot of power into a poorly-discarded computer.
