Mumbai, July 18, 2024: S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, recognized as India’s No.1 Business School by Financial Times’ MiM Global Rankings, has partnered with Coursera to launch its first-ever asynchronous program in Data Analytics under Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). The move is in line with the Indian government’s push towards e-learning and digital education. The Data Analytics MOOC will provide future data analysts and business professionals with a comprehensive understanding of working with data in a business context. Participants will gain knowledge on how to use probability, sampling techniques, predictive analytics, descriptive statistics, and other tools.
On completion of the course, participants will be familiar with quantitative analysis techniques and appreciate the importance of accurate data for reliable business outcomes. Additionally, the Data Analytics MOOC provides a pathway to SPJIMR’s All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved Master’s level Online Master of Business Administration (PGDM Online) programme.
